Pein Lynch Gymnasium - Newport's Ben Krogh led the way with 21 points as the Grizzlies beat Chewelah Cougars 61-48 in a game at Chewelah, WA.

Lukas Kubik added 9. Chewelah fell to 2-2 overall while Newport improved their record to 1-0.

Chewelah's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Dec. 10 at 7:30pm versus Liberty. Newport will host St. George's on Saturday Dec. 7 at 6:00pm.
