Sumner beats Puyallup 52-39

Puyallup HS - Sumner's Kelsey Bell led all scorers with 16 points as the Spartans beat Puyallup 52-39 in a game at Puyallup HS."

Bell's points came on 7 field goals and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Puyallup was led by Athena Taylor's 17 points and Hadylie Jeffers added 7. Puyallup fell to 0-2 overall while Sumner improved their record to 1-0.

Puyallup's next game is scheduled to be played at ARHS on Saturday Dec. 2 at 7:00pm versus Auburn Riverside. Sumner will host Olympia on Tuesday Dec. 5 at 7:00pm.
