Prosser cruises by Ephrata 62-14

Kiwanis Field - QB Will Weinmann racked up 335 passing yards and threw for 5 touchdowns to guide Prosser to a 62-14 win over Ephrata on Friday night.

The Mustangs also received helpful efforts from Hayden Hicks who caught 6 passes for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Will Thompson who caught 7 passes for 75 yards and 1 touchdown.

Ephrata's QB Seth Elliot threw for 175 yards and 2 touchdowns, WR Chase Lus picked up 14 rushing yards and WR Josh Benthem had 131 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

With the loss, Ephrata falls to 1-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Prosser travels to Selah, WA to face off against the Selah Vikings on Friday September 21 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
