Columbia River edges Woodland 7-6

Woodland - QB Mathew Asplund had 39 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to help Columbia River to a 7-6 win over Woodland on Monday night.

The Chieftains also recieved major efforts from WR Nathan Kunz who caught 1 pass for 30 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Koben Jamison who rushed 6 times for 27 yards.

Woodland's QB Wyatt Harsh threw for 60 yards and WR Alex Bishop had 28 receiving yards.

With the loss, Woodland falls to 4-5 on the season. Tonight’s game was the second matchup between the two teams. In the previous game Friday October 6, Columbia River came out in front, 7-6.
