South Medford defeats St. Mary’s Academy 58-50

Sheldon High School - South Medford Forward Kaili Chamberlin led all scorers with 17 points as the Panthers beat St. Mary’s Academy 58-50 in a game at Sheldon High School."

Chamberlin's points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 1 of 2 free throws during the game.

St. Mary’s Academy was led by Jade Newton's 19 points and Marley Johnson added 10. St. Mary’s Academy fell to 0-2 overall while South Medford improved their record to 1-0.

St. Mary’s Academy 's next game is scheduled to be played at Sheldon on Saturday Dec. 9 at 6:00pm versus Sheldon. South Medford will host Canby on Saturday Dec. 16 at 1:30pm.
