South Eugene beats Franklin 26-14
Franklin - QB Noah Hardy racked up 61 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide South Eugene to a 26-14 win over Franklin on Friday night.
The Axemen also recieved impressive efforts from WR Malcolm Yates who caught 2 passes for 45 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Isaac Reyna who caught 4 passes for 31 yards.
Franklin's QB Cliff Carlsen threw for 64 yards, WR Damare Cunningham picked up 55 rushing yards and WR Juan Villafan-Hofmann had 68 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.
With the loss, Franklin falls to 0-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
