Crown Point edges Highland 59-54

Highland High School - Crown Point's Mya Scheidt led all scorers with 29 points as the Bulldogs beat Highland 59-54 in a game at Highland High School."

Scheidt's points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 11 of 16 free throws during the game.

Highland was led by Michaela Schmidt's 20 points and Amanda Cruse added 12. Highland fell to 0-0 overall while Crown Point improved their record to 6-5.

Crown Point will travel to Lake Central High School on Friday Dec. 15 at 4:00pm to play Lake Central.
