Woodstock cruises by Gary West Side 62-6

Larry Dale - RB Aiden Jaccobs racked up 145 rushing yards and scored 4 touchdowns to lead Woodstock to a 62-6 win over Gary West Side on Friday night.

The Blue Streaks also received major efforts from RB Gavin Conatser who rushed 3 times for 26 yards and 1 touchdown and LB Carl Anderson who rushed 2 times for 20 yards.

Gary West Side's Deon Newell threw for 29 yards and 1 touchdown and sub player had 45 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps Woodstock improve to 1-0 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Woodstock travels to Ottawa, IL to face off against the Ottawa Pirates on Friday August 31 at 5:15pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
