Chaminade crushes Loyola 37-14

Loyola High School - QB Ryan Stevens accumulated 221 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to lead Chaminade to a 37-14 win over Loyola on Friday night at Loyola High School.

The Eagles also recieved major efforts from WR Michael Wilson who caught 7 passes for 115 yards and 2 touchdowns and S John Burton who rushed 9 times for 73 yards and 1 touchdown.

Loyola's LB Tommy Vanis threw for 168 yards and 1 touchdown and WR Alexander Blake had 54 receiving yards.

With the loss, Loyola falls to 4-4 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

Chaminade will face off against the Bishop Amat Lancers at home on Friday November 3 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Loyola travels to Encino, CA to face off against the Crespi Celts on Friday October 20 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
