St. John Bosco beats Chaminade 31-17

Cerritos College - QB Re-al Mitchell accumulated 208 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to guide St. John Bosco to a 31-17 win over Chaminade on Friday night at Cerritos College.

The Braves also recieved crucial efforts from RB George Holani who rushed 10 times for 116 yards and 1 touchdown and RB Demetrious Flowers who rushed 12 times for 80 yards.

Chaminade's QB Ryan Stevens threw for 227 yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Michael Wilson had 140 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps St. John Bosco improve to 2-1 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.

St. John Bosco will face off against the Dorsey Dons at home on Saturday September 16 at 4:15pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.

Chaminade will challenge the Bakersfield Drillers at home on Friday September 15 at 7:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
