SIERRA CANYON HS - Sierra Canyon Forward Kenyon Martin Jr. led all scorers with 21 points as the Trailblazers beat Mater Dei Monarchs 71-61 in a game at Simi Valley HS.

Martin Jr.'s points came on 7 field goals and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Ryan Evans added 16. Mater Dei fell to 25-4 overall while Sierra Canyon improved their record to 23-0.

Mater Dei's next game is scheduled to be played at Centennial HS on Tuesday Feb. 12 at 7:00pm versus Centennial. Sierra Canyon will host Centennial on Friday Feb. 15 at 7:00pm.
