CURTIS HS - Mt. Spokane Guard Xavier Kamalu Vargas led all scorers with 19 points as the Wildcats beat Curtis Vikings 60-53 in a game at Curtis HS.

Kamalu Vargas' points came on 8 field goals and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Cinque Maxwell added 18. Curtis fell to 4-1 overall while Mt. Spokane improved their record to 7-1.

Curtis' next game is scheduled to be played at home on Monday Dec. 27 versus Villa Park. Mt. Spokane will host Union on Tuesday Dec. 28
