Photos: Growing up fast, Auburn Riverside holds off Auburn Mountainview for 28-21 victory, clinches first outright league championship

AUBURN, Wash. – Andrew Butler’s heads-up play – a 71-yard sideline pass reception from Payton Accetturo for a touchdown with 51/2 minutes to go – broke a tie and sent Auburn Riverside to its first 4A/3A NPSL championship with a 28-21 victory over spring-season league champion Auburn Mountainview on Thursday night at Memorial Stadium.

With the win, the Ravens clinched their first outright league title in school history.

Thaddeus Umi-Tuato’o rushed for 164 yards on 26 carries, and scored three rushing touchdowns for the Ravens.
