The Week 1 QB continues to shine wherever coaches put him. Rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on 31 carries in a 23-20 win over Emerald Ridge on Thursday.
Warner received 44.42% of the vote, beating out Orting’s Aidan Herd who finished second with 13.81%. Oakville’s Eddie Klatush finished third with 11.47% and Riverside’s Jordan Nortz finished fourth with 5.29%. There were over 51,000 votes tallied this week!

Went 13 of 16 passing with 248 yards and five touchdowns in a 45-7 win over Decatur.
Luke Abshire, Central Valley (4A)
The Bears’ senior quarterback passed for 373 yards (on 24 of 32 passes) and three touchdowns in the team’s come-from-behind 27-24 victory over University.
Tanner Barbour, Pullman (2A)
The Greyhounds’ wide receiver was Riley Pettitt’s favorite target, catching seven passes for a season-high 207 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-21 victory over West Valley of Spokane. His scoring catches were 68 and 53 yards.
Parker Barrysmith, Eastlake (4A)
On homecoming, the first-year signal caller got off to a fast start with three first-half touchdowns, and finishes 13-of-18 for 240 yards and four touchdowns, also adding a 50-yard reception in a 48-8 win over Redmond.
Teddy Beaver, Skyview (4A)
Caught eight passes for 136 yards receiving and a 50-yard touchdown in a 35-12 win over Prairie.
Derek Bergeson, Royal (1A)
The quarterback did it all in a 70-12 victory over Wahluke, throwing for 133 yards and four touchdowns, scoring a rushing touchdown (37 yards) and hauling in a scoring pass from Dylan Allred (22 yards).
Colton Bower, North Kitsap (2A)
Stop us if you’ve heard this before: The North Kitsap offensive, defensive and special teams standout had another massive performance. Bower went 14-for-23 passing for 290 yards and five touchdowns , 39 yards rushing on two keepers — one of them a touchdown run — and 10 tackles in a 42-7 win over Olympic.
Justin Brennan, Lakes (3A)
How’s this for a season debut? After winning a WIAA appeal for a fifth year of eligibility the day before, Brennan connected on 9 of 10 passes for 248 yards and six total touchdowns — five passing, one rushing — before he was pulled on the first drive in the third quarter of a 62-0 win over Stadium.
Jason Brown, O’Dea (3A)
Coming off of a bye week, Brown rushed for 274 yards in a 35-13 win over Seattle Prep.
Joe Callerame, Seton Catholic (1A)
Threw for 266 yards and three TDs, rushed for 148 yards and another score in a 60-30 win over Columbia-White Salmon.
Bo Carlson, Sumner (4A)
Senior quarterback was 16-of-19 for 264 yards and two touchdowns, and rushed for another score in one half as Spartans blanked Bethel, 42-0.
Tiger Carringer, Clarkston (2A)
Rushed for 156 yards and a touchdown in a 42-14 win over Rogers of Spokane, per The Spokesman-Review.
Dylan Carson, Marysville-Pilchuck (3A)
His good rushing fortunes continued as he ran for five touchdowns and 225 yards in a 49-15 win over Ferndale for red-hot Marysville-Pilchuck.
Joshua Collie, Spanaway Lake (3A)
Picking up the slack for Jasiah Wagner (foot), the sophomore rushed for 100 yards on 12 carries, including game-winning 31-yard touchdown in final minute of team’s 19-14 win over Liberty.
Cael Cox, Warden (2B)
Turned eight carries into 135 yards rushing and four touchdowns in a 72-0 win over Highland, reports The Columbia Basin Herald.
Ishaan Daniels, Bellevue (3A)
Took seven carries for 127 yards and two touchdowns in a 49-0 win over Mercer Island.
Dayton Deife, Odessa (1B)
Rushed 244 yards and three touchdowns in an 82-34 win over Liberty Christian on Friday and the team, helping the Tigers approach the 600-yard rushing mark onn the night.
Connor Dow, Shorecrest (3A)
Turned nine catches into 150 receiving yards and two touchdowns in a 20-18 loss to Lynnwood, per The Everett Herald.
Alex Ford, Prairie (3A)
Rushed 19 times for 156 yards and two touchdowns against a stout Skyview front seven.

The talented tailback rushed for 116 yards and three touchdowns, and caught three passes for another 92 receiving yards and a score in the Vikings’ 40-6 win over Snohomish.
Luke Lavigne, Bainbridge (3A)
Recorded four catches for 75 yards and three touchdowns in a 49-3 win over Kingston to push his season touchdown total to 11.
Aiden Lester, Peninsula (3A)
Took eight carries for 115 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-6 win over River Ridge.
