Photos: No. 2 O’Dea pulls away to beat No. 7 Seattle Prep 35-13 in Metro League title rematch

SEATTLE — O’Dea used three third quarter touchdowns to pull away from Seattle Prep 35-13 in a Friday night Metro League showdown on the grass at West Seattle Stadium.

The game — a rematch of the Metro League playoff final in the spring, when the No. 2 Fighting Irish (4-1) beat the streaking Panthers (3-2) 49-7 — was tied at 7-7 at halftime.

The loss marks two straight for Prep, which slid to No. 7 in the most recent SBLive 3A Power Rankings after losing to No. 5 Eastside Catholic in Week 4. Coming off of a bye in Week 4, the Fighting Irish avenged a Week 3 loss to Lake Stevens.
