University returned most of its scoring and playmaking. But the key to Greater Spokane League success is the Titans’ chemistry.

University head boys basketball coach Garrick Phillips and senior Cyrus Cross joined SBLive Washington’s 2021 virtual basketball media day to talk about the player-led team building during the prolonged high school sports shutdown, how the Titans’ chemistry complements its on-court experience and more.

This interview was recorded on May 6, just days before the first day of practice. The Titans compete in the Greater Spokane League.
