William Payne joined Friday’s episode of The Iso with Dan Dickau to talk about the role of a small college basketball coach, the opportunities at levels other than Division I and making the most out of a small program budget. Payne is the head men’s basketball coach at SUNY Adirondack, a junior college in Queensbury, New York, and founded the College Basketball Process, a company that seeks to bring prospects a more full understanding of opportunities below Division I.
