Oak Hill Academy head boys basketball coach Steve Smith joined Wednesday’s episode of The Iso with Dan Dickau to give insight into his role, background and how one of the nation’s most dominant high school basketball programs came to be.

Smith is a four-time national high school coach of the year and has overseen nine national championships as the head basketball coach at Oak Hill Academy, a famed prep school in Virginia that has produced such talents as Rod Strickland, Rajon Rondo, Jerry Stackhouse and Carmelo Anthony.
