The Iso podcast with Dan Dickau: How Raman Sposato learned how to grind in the film room

University of Denver assistant men’s basketball coach Raman Sposato broke into the NBA as a video coordinator after graduating from the University of Oregon, and credits the UO football coaches — Mike Bellotti, Jeff Tedford and Nick Aliotti — for showing him how many extra hours it takes to succeed in the coaching world.

Sposato joined The Iso with Dan Dickau in an episode released Friday to talk about how good coaching starts in the film room.

The Iso with Dan Dickau is a podcast presented by SBLive Sports and the Bleav Podcast Network, which publishes weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Dickau, a former Gonzaga All-American, NBA vet-turned basketball analyst interviews experts all corners of the sports world from coaches, front office executives to athletes about untold stories, memories and experiences.
