Our countdown of Dan Dickau’s Elite 11 Washington high school boys basketball players continues with Mount Si guard Jabe Mullins, who comes in at No. 3.

Mullins, a 6-foot-5 senior, is a versatile guard who can play all three perimeter positions. He has committed to Saint Mary’s College.

Over the next two weeks, we will continue to unveil Dickau’s Elite 11 Washington high school boys basketball players. The Elite 11 spans all classifications and is based on last season’s performance, offseason observations and conversations with coaches.
