Watch: Gonzaga Prep’s Liam Lloyd explodes for 46 points in season-opening loss to Central Valley

Gonzaga Prep guard Liam Lloyd started off his senior season with a bang, exploding for 46 points in a season-opening 87-75 loss to Central Valley.

Lloyd, the son of Gonzaga men’s basketball assistant coach Tommy Lloyd, committed to Grand Canyon University in October. A 6-foot-5 guard, Lloyd hit five 3-pointers against Central Valley and was 19-for-22 from the free throw line.
