NFL Draft 2019 live updates: Tracking Andre Dillard, Kaleb McGary, former Washington high school football players

The first day of the 2019 NFL Draft has wrapped up, and two former Washington high school football stars were drafted in the first round. Here are the details:

Dillard drafted No. 22: Former Woodinville High School star Andre Dillard (6-foot-5, 310 pounds) has been drafted No. 22 overall by the Philadelphia Eagles. Dillard, a left tackle, was an unheralded recruit out of high school but continued to improve throughout his career at Washington State. He was the first offensive tackle taken in the first round.

McGary drafted No. 31: Former Fife High School standout Kaleb McGary (6-foot-8, 324 pounds), a right tackle, was drafted No. 31 overall by the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons traded with the Los Angeles Rams to acquire the pick and select McGary.

McGary was part of Chris Petersen’s first recruiting class at the University of Washington in 2014. The two-time all-conference first-teamer played in 53 games, making 47 starts during his Huskies career. He was voted the Morris Trophy winner as the Pac-12’s top offensive lineman in 2019.
