Michigan. Gonzaga. Washington.
Four of the top players on the Washington boys roster for the 2019 Northwest Shootout have signed with big-time college basketball programs. And a fifth player, Jaden McDaniels, is arguably the top uncommitted senior in the country.
Yes, that’s a loaded lineup.
With Anton Watson (Gonzaga), Brock Ravet (Gonzaga), Cole Bajema (Michigan), RaeQuan Battle (Washington) and McDaniels leading the way, the Washington team will have a good chance to avenge last year’s 105-98 loss to Oregon.
Pitting many of Washington’s best seniors vs. Oregon’s, the 25th annual Merritt Truax Memorial Northwest Shootout is scheduled for Saturday, April 13 at Liberty High School in Hillsboro, Oregon. The girls game tips off at 4 p.m., followed by the boys at 6 p.m.
