Washington regional basketball predictions: Who will advance in 4A and 3A boys state playoffs?

The 2019 Washington high school boys basketball regionals tip off Friday with several intriguing matchups, including multiple loser-out games.

Will Chiawana knock off Puyallup and advance to the Tacoma Dome? Will red-hot Mount Si keep rolling with a win over Richland?
