Kyron Albright, Beaverton pull away from Aloha in Metro League opener

Kyron Albright returned a kickoff 88 yards for a score and caught a 38-yard pass from Hunter Borter for another touchdown, helping the Beavers (1-1) down the visiting Warriors (0-2) in the Metro League opener for both teams. 

The first of Hunter Gerard’s two touchdown runs, coming eight minutes into the first quarter, staked the Warriors to a 6-0 lead. Albright returned the kickoff for a touchdown, the first of six consecutive touchdowns for the Beavers. Beaverton took a 41-6 lead into the fourth quarter.
