Jefferson safety Trejon Williams announced on social media Friday that his college commitment revelation would be “coming soon.”

Williams, considered Oregon’s No. 2 recruit in the Class of 2022 by 247Sports, has received close to 20 offers, but the University of Oregon is considered the favorite by most recruiting experts.

He and the Democrats opened the 2021 spring season with a 13-0 victory over Lincoln on Saturday, which included this nifty one-handed interception off a tipped pass.

The Democrats return to action at 2:30 p.m. Saturday against Barlow at Roosevelt High School.
