LELAND, NC - Hoggard Forward Marquese Higgins led all scorers with 21 points as the Vikings beat North Brunswick Scorpions 58-34 in a game at Leland, NC.

Higgins' points came on 9 field goals and 3 of 4 free throws during the game.

Kane Jenrette added 8. North Brunswick fell to 0-1 overall while Hoggard improved their record to 7-2.
