Every Monday during the 2020 football season, SBLive Idaho will rank the top 10 high school football teams in the state of Idaho, regardless of classification.

Here are the Week 4 rankings (Sept. 14) as compiled by SBLive Sports reporters Andy Buhler and Todd Milles.

1. COEUR D’ALENE, 2-0 (5A) beat Lakeland, 48-8

2. ROCKY MOUNTAIN, 2-0 (5A) beat Centennial, 65-0

3. HIGHLAND, 3-1 (5A) beat Century, 31-13
