KING'S HIGH SCHOOL - La Salle's Natalie Newman led all scorers with 12 points as the Lightning beat King's Knights 54-27 in a game at King's High School.

Newman's points came on 5 field goals and 2 of 2 free throws during the game.

Jada Wynn added 8. King's fell to 10-4 overall while La Salle improved their record to 8-0.

King's' next game is scheduled to be played at South Whidbey High School on Tuesday Jan. 15 at 6:45pm versus South Whidbey.
