CRAWFORDSVILLE - Southmont's Lilly Ward led the way with 13 points as the Mounties beat Crawfordsville Athenians 51-43 in a game at Crawfordsville, IN.

Ward's points came on 5 field goals and 3 of 6 free throws during the game.

Lauren Kellerman added 14. Crawfordsville fell to 2-15 overall while Southmont improved their record to 1-1.

Crawfordsville's next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 22 versus North Vermillion. Southmont will travel to Tri-West on Thursday Nov. 7 to play Tri West Hendricks.
