Cartersville got out of the gate quickly Friday night and never let up in a dominant 49-21 win at Blessed Trinity.

The Hurricanes got a quick score on a 22-yard strike from Jake Parker to Kendric Price to kick off the scoring, and they marched to touchdown drives on five of their six first-half possessions to essentially end the game early.

Amari White controlled the game on the ground for Cartersville and scored one of his three touchdowns through the air.

Star Blessed Trinity running back Justice Haynes scored on 73- and 20-yard touchdown runs in the second half.
