PANISH FAMILY STADIUM - Mater Dei High School Quarterback Bryce Young racked up 175 passing yards and threw for 1 touchdown to lead Mater Dei Monarchs to a 17-13 win over St. John Bosco Braves on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Monarchs also received vital efforts from Tight end Mike Martinez who caught 5 passes for 85 yards and Wide receiver Bru Mccoy who caught 5 passes for 73 yards and 1 touchdown.
St. John Bosco's Quarterback DJ Uiagalelei threw for 115 yards and 1 touchdown, Running back George Holani picked up 74 rushing yards and Cornerback Jake Bailey had 49 receiving yards.
