BULLPUP STADIUM - Gonzaga Prep High School Quarterback Connor Halonen racked up 253 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to guide Gonzaga Prep Bullpups to a 56-51 win over Eastlake Wolves on Saturday night in a high school football game.

The Bullpups also received vital efforts from Running back Zane Melzer who rushed 27 times for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns and Justyse white who rushed 3 times for 30 yards.

Eastlake's Quarterback Grady Robison threw for 313 yards and 5 touchdowns and Wide receiver Nate sutter had 142 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Gonzaga Prep improve to 9-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
