BEDFORD NORTH LAWRENCE - Columbus East High School Running back Mark McDonald racked up 137 rushing yards and scored 2 touchdowns to guide Columbus East Olympians to a 51-14 win over Bedford North Lawrence Stars on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Olympians also received helpful efforts from Quarterback Cole Gilley who completed 10 passes for 134 yards and 3 touchdowns and Wide receiver Dalton Back who caught 5 passes for 80 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Bedford North Lawrence's Ray McCall threw for 222 yards and 2 touchdowns, Skylar Bates picked up 42 rushing yards and Drew Shoufler had 178 receiving yards and 2 touchdowns.

The win helps Columbus East improve to 10-2 on the season. Tonight’s game was the second matchup between the two teams. In the previous game Friday October 12, Columbus East came out in front, 51-14.
