HOUSTON HIGH SCHOOL - Pontotoc High School Running Back Jemarkus Whitfield picked up 91 rushing yards to help Pontotoc Warriors to a 28-12 win over Houston Hilltoppers on Friday night in a high school football game.
The Warriors also received major efforts from Running Back Jordan Ball who rushed 8 times for 90 yards and 3 touchdowns and Quarterback Conner Armstrong who completed 10 passes for 58 yards and 1 touchdown.
Houston's Quarterback Martavious Parker threw for 131 yards, Running Back Jalen Washington picked up 91 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Wide Receiver Shemar Crawford had 99 receiving yards.

The win helps Pontotoc improve to 2-1 on the season while Houston falls to 2-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
