KELSO - QB Nikhil Nayar accumulated 270 passing yards and threw for 4 touchdowns to guide Mercer Island to a 27-26 win over Kelso on Saturday night.
The Islanders also recieved vital efforts from WR Giovanni Cervantes-Rocha who caught 7 passes for 157 yards and 2 touchdowns and WR Cole Miller who caught 3 passes for 80 yards and 1 touchdown.
Kelso's QB A.J. Hoggatt threw for 95 yards and 1 touchdown, RB Max McDaniel picked up 192 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and WR Peyton Noah had 38 receiving yards.
