ISLAND COAST HIGH SCHOOL - Fort Myers High School Quarterback Carter Lane racked up 161 passing yards and threw for 2 touchdowns to guide Fort Myers Green Wave to a 41-19 win over Island Coast Gators on Friday night at Island Coast High School in a high school football game.

The Green Wave also received helpful efforts from Running back Sias Young who rushed 13 times for 155 yards and 3 touchdowns and Wide receiver Joriell Washington who caught 2 passes for 107 yards and 1 touchdown.

Fort Myers will face off against the Dunbar Tigers at home on Friday October 4 at 4:00pm. This is the first matchup between the two teams this season.
