DE LA SALLE - De La Salle High School running back Charles Greer accumulated 225 rushing yards and scored 3 touchdowns to help the De La Salle Spartans to a 49-21 win over the Cathedral Catholic Dons on Friday night in a high school football game.

The Spartans also received major efforts from wide receiver Zeke Berry who rushed 10 times for 94 yards and 1 touchdown and AJ Bianchina who rushed 11 times for 29 yards and 1 touchdown.

Cathedral Catholic's quarterback Charlie Mirer threw for 83 yards and 1 touchdown, running back Lucky Sutton picked up 156 rushing yards and 1 touchdown and Max Bayles had 34 receiving yards and 1 touchdown.

The win helps De La Salle improve to 3-1 on the season while Cathedral Catholic falls to 3-2. Tonight’s game was the first matchup between the two teams.
