THREE TO SEE

Tyler Buchner, quarterback

Missed all but one series last season with a torn ACL, committed to Notre Dame in the offseason.

Charlie Mossy, lineman

Made a name for himself a year ago with 16 sacks. Now committed to Penn, he’ll get the proper respect from blockers.

Clarence Freeman, wide receiver

Managed 1,003 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns last season despite the uncertainty at the quarterback position.

OUTLOOK

Last season took a dramatic turn when Buchner tore his ACL on the first series of the season, though the Knights were able to piece things together to finish off at 5-5.

Clarence Freeman and Clay Petry are primed for huge seasons as pass catchers with a healthy Buchner back behind center.

The Knights tied for the Coastal League title last season, but appear to be the outright favorites this season with the talent they return.
