SCARPELLI GYMNASIUM - Gonzaga Prep Forward Anton Watson led all scorers with 27 points as the Bullpups beat Jefferson Democrats 68-59 in a game.

Watson's points came on 10 field goals and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Kamron Robinson added 12. Jefferson fell to 2-0 overall while Gonzaga Prep improved their record to 8-2.

Jefferson's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Wednesday Jan. 9 at 7:15pm versus Cleveland. Gonzaga Prep will host Central Valley on Friday Jan. 4 at 7:15pm.
