MATER DEI HIGH SCHOOL - J Serra Catholic's Ian Martinez led the way with 18 points as the Lions beat St. Augustine Saints 59-57 in a game at Mater Dei High School.

Martinez's points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 4 of 6 free throws during the game.

Tyson Mc Williams added 14. St. Augustine fell to 20-5 overall while J Serra Catholic improved their record to 1-2.

St. Augustine's next game is scheduled to be played at on Tuesday Jan. 29 at 5:15pm versus Mission Bay.
