Tapp's points came on 3 field goals, 4 three pointers and 6 of 10 free throws during the game.

Teien Murphy added 11. Maple River fell to 0-6 overall while Hayfield improved their record to 22-4.

Maple River's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Monday Feb. 25 at 5:15pm versus St Clair.
