HAYFIELD - Hayfield's Mason Tapp led the way with 21 points as the Vikings beat New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva Panthers 75-70 in a game at Hayfield.

Tapp's points came on 4 field goals, 2 three pointers and 7 of 8 free throws during the game.

Perry Peterson added 18. while Hayfield improved their record to 3-1.

New Richland Hartland Ellendale Geneva's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Tuesday Jan. 22 at 5:15pm versus Hayfield. Hayfield will travel to Medford on Tuesday Dec. 11 at 5:15pm to play Medford.
