EVERGREEN - Evergreen Point Guard Mario Herring led all scorers with 22 points as the Plainsmen beat Kelso Hilanders 71-53 in a game at Vancouver, WA.

Josh Webb added 12. Kelso fell to 6-7 overall while Evergreen improved their record to 10-2.

Kelso's next game is scheduled to be played at home on Friday Jan. 17 at 7:00pm versus Fort Vancouver. Evergreen will travel to on Friday Jan. 17 at 7:00pm to play Hudson's Bay.
