CDM BEACH BASH - CORONA DEL MAR HS - Mater Dei Guard Devin Askew led all scorers with 18 points as the Monarchs beat West Warriors 79-50 in a game at CDM Beach Bash - Corona del Mar HS.

Askew's points came on 5 field goals, 2 three pointers and 2 of 3 free throws during the game.

Drew Higashigawa added 11. West fell to 0-3 overall while Mater Dei improved their record to 4-0.

West's next game is scheduled to be played at on Wednesday Dec. 18 at 7:30pm versus Torrance. Mater Dei will host Steveston London Secondary School on Thursday Dec. 12 at 6:00pm.
