Brayden Anderson, Valley View baseball: Anderson was the MVP of the Class 4A championship game. He pitched a four-hitter and went 1 for 3 with a run. Valley View beat Magnolia, 8-1.
Taylor Bornds, Baptist Prep softball: Bornds homered and drove in two runs in the Class 3A title game, helping Baptist Prep notch a 9-1 victory over Hoxie.
Hagan Bryant, Searcy girls soccer: Bryant’s two goals helped Searcy defeat Hot Springs Lakeside 6-0 for the Class 5A championship.
Mackenzie Childers, Baptist Prep softball: Childers struck out six batters on 20 pitches in two perfect innings against Hoxie in the Class 3A final. On offense, she singled twice, walked and scored two runs. Baptist Prep won the game, 9-1.
Mary Daniel, Searcy girls soccer: Daniel scored two goals in Searcy’s Class 5A title-clinching 6-0 win over Hot Springs Lakeside.
Allan DeLeon, Green Forest boys soccer: DeLeon earned MVP honors of Green Forest’s 2-0 win over Harding Academy in the Class 3A championship match.
Carly Downs, Taylor softball: Downs had four hits and scored four runs in Taylor’s 15-5 rout of Sacred Heart in the Class 1A final.
Gabie Eddins, Searcy girls soccer: Eddins, a sophomore, was the MVP of the Class 5A championship match. She had two assists in Searcy’s 6-0 rout of Hot Springs Lakeside.
Cale Edmonds, Woodlawn baseball: Edmonds struck out nine in seven innings and scored a run in Woodlawn’s 5-2 win over South Side Bee Branch in the Class 2A final. He was named the game’s MVP.
Kloey Fullerton, Harding Academy girls soccer: Fullerton earned MVP honors of the Class 3A title match with a goal and two assists as Harding Academy notched a 6-2 win over Green Forest.
Riley Gilmore, Benton softball: Gilmore homered twice and drove in three, helping Benton beat Greenwood 8-1 for the Class 5A championship.
Erick Guerrero, Springdale boys soccer: The MVP of the Class 6A final recorded two goals and an assist in Springdale’s 4-1 win over Conway.
Gus Holland, South Side Been Branch baseball: Holland recorded 16 strikeouts — two off the championship game record — in a 5-2 loss to Woodlawn in the Class 2A final.
Alyssa Houston, Benton softball: Houston hit two home runs and had three RBIs in Benton’s 8-1 victory against Greenwood in the Class 5A championship game.
Connor Johnson, Van Buren baseball: Johnson, the MVP of the Class 5A championship game, struck out seven as part of a four-hitter as Van Buren cruised to a 12-1 victory over Jonesboro.
Makenna Keeton, Morrilton softball: Keeton pitched her team to a 4-2 win over Pea Ridge and the Class 4A crown, twirling a five-hitter. Both runs she allowed were unearned. She also doubled and drove in a run, earning game MVP honors.
Cheyanne Kemp, Morrilton softball: Kemp contributed to Morrilton’s Class 4A championship-clinching 4-2 win over Pea Ridge by swatting a home run.
Madison Lindsey, Taylor softball: In Taylor’s 15-5 Class 1A final victory over Sacred Heart, Lindsey doubled, tripled, walked, scored twice and drove in two.
Mason Luna, Viola baseball: Luna was named the MVP of the Class 1A final after driving in two runs, scoring two and striking out nine batters in six innings to help lead Viola to an 11-4 win over Izard County.
Lauren Magre, Fayetteville girls soccer: Magre had two goals as Fayetteville defeated Bentonville West 3-0 in the Class 6A championship match.
Heidi May, Taylor softball: May collected two hits and five RBIs in Taylor’s 15-5 victory against Sacred Heart in the Class 1A title game.
J.T. Melson, Rogers baseball: With the Mounties holding a 3-2 lead over Har-Ber with the bases loaded in the seventh inning of the Class 6A final, the left fielder caught a line drive by Har-Ber’s Drue McClendon and fired a throw to catcher Eli Marcotte, who came up the line to tag out Clark Jenkins and give Rogers its first state title. Melson also singled, walked, scored a run and was named the game’s MVP.
Tuesday Melton, Benton softball: Melton allowed six hits and one run in six innings, pitching Benton to an 8-1 win over Greenwood in the Class 5A final.
Katie Midkiff, Baptist Prep softball: In the Class 3A final, Midkiff singled twice, walked, scored one run and drove in three to help Baptist Prep beat Hoxie 9-1.
Madison Morton, Taylor softball: Morton finished with three hits, four runs and two RBIs in Taylor’s 15-5 win over Sacred Heart in the Class 1A championship game. She also pitched a complete game.
Emily Perry, Bentonville softball: The leadoff batter set the tone in Bentonville’s 3-0 win over Conway in the Class 6A final. Perry led off the game with a home run and later doubled.
Trista Peterson, Bentonville softball: Peterson homered, walked and drove in two to help Bentonville defeat Conway 3-0 in the Class 6A championship matchup.
Loren Reynolds, Morrilton softball: Reynolds homered, doubled, walked, scored twice and drove in a run in the Class 4A final, helping Morrilton defeat Pea Ridge 4-2.
Haden Roark, Van Buren baseball: Roark was among the many offensive stars in Van Buren’s 12-1 Class 5A title-clinching win over Jonesboro, going 3 for 5 with three RBIs.
Pedro Rodriguez, Van Buren boys soccer: Rodriguez, the MVP of Van Buren’s 2-1 win over Russellville in the Class 5A final, scored the first goal and fed Kylan Almond to set up the winning goal in the 63rd minute.
Maria Sanhudo, Pulaski Academy girls soccer: Sanhudo, a freshman, was the MVP of the Class 4A final, scoring two goals in her team’s 4-0 win over Harrison.
Kade Seldomridge, Rogers baseball: Seldomridge homered in the Class 6A championship game, helping Rogers beat Har-Ber, 3-2.
MacKenzie Soden, Tuckerman softball: Soden, a sophomore, delivered a single to left field in the bottom of the seventh inning to clinch a 4-3 victory over Mansfield and the Class 2A championship. She also walked twice, scored a run and pitched a scoreless inning for the win en route to game MVP honors.
Kade Smith, Harding Academy baseball: Smith pitched a five-hitter with seven strikeouts, reached base three times, drove in two runs, scored two runs and stole two bases, earning MVP honors as Harding Academy defeated Walnut Ridge 8-1 in the Class 3A final.
McKenzie Vaughan, Bentonville softball: Vaughan fired a three-hitter with five strikeouts (zero walks) to help Bentonville claim the Class 6A title with a 3-0 shutout of Conway.
Macie Welch, Baptist Prep softball: Welch allowed four hits and one run with six strikeouts in five innings, earning the win in Baptist Prep’s 9-1 rout of Hoxie in the Class 3A title game. At the plate, she walked and scored a run.
Madi Wilburn, Fayetteville girls soccer: Wilburn earned MVP honors of the Class 6A final with an assist and a nifty goal from the left edge of the box on a throw-in during the second half. Fayetteville beat Bentonville West, 3-0.
