Here’s a look at how SBLive’s Top 20 Arkansas high school football teams fared in games played Friday, Oct. 30.

HOW THE TOP 20 FARED

Oct. 30, 2020

1. Bryant (8-0) beat No. 2 North Little Rock 58-21

North Little Rock led briefly early, but when the dust settled, Bryant had rolled to its 25th consecutive win.

2. North Little Rock (7-1) lost to No. 1 Bryant 58-21

NLR is a great team, but the Charging Wildcats couldn’t keep up with the state’s top dog.

3. Bentonville (9-0) beat Springdale 56-28

Bentonville dominated en route to its ninth consecutive win.

4. Pulaski Academy (9-0) beat Beebe 58-21

Another week, another easy 5A win for the Bruins. Pulaski Academy led 32-14 at halftime.

5. Greenwood (9-0) beat Van Buren 50-29

Greenwood quarterback L.D. Richmond ran for a nine-yard touchdown in the third quarter. He also tossed a touchdown to Caden Brown.

6. Conway (6-2) beat LR Catholic 49-27

Conway’s Ben Weese had a 74-yard touchdown pass.

7. Lake Hamilton (8-0) beat No. 9 Benton 51-34

Lake Hamilton pulled away in the second half and will play undefeated Greenwood next week.

8. Cabot (6-2) beat No. 17 Fort Smith Northside 24-7

Just before the end of the first half, Cabot went 81 yards in three plays. Tyler Gee finished the drive by hitting Braden Jay for a 46-yard touchdown, making the score 17-0.

9. Benton (5-4) lost to No. 7 Lake Hamilton 51-34

Benton had its share of highlights in the game, but the Panthers couldn’t hang with the Wolves in the second half.

10. Har-Ber (4-5) lost to Rogers 49-42

Har-Ber couldn’t get a second-half stop, resulting in a surprising loss to Rogers.

11. Wynne (9-0) beat Forrest City 49-15

Wynne led 35-0 in the first quarter.

12. Bentonville West (6-3) beat Fort Smith Southside 35-7

The Wolverines have won two in a row since slipping up against Har-Ber two weeks ago.

13. Jonesboro (5-3) lost to Sylvan Hills 17-16

Sylvan Hills running back Taevion Cunningham rushed for more than 100 yards.

14. Parkview (6-1) beat Siloam Springs 37-0

Tayvion Haney had an interception-return touchdown.

15. Arkadelphia (6-0) beat Bauxite 62-6

Arkadelphia led 35-6 at halftime.

16. LR Christian (5-2) – Idle

17. Fort Smith Northside (4-4) lost to No. 8 Cabot 24-7

Fort Smith Northside has lost three in a row.

18. Harrison (6-1) beat Clarksville 49-20

The Goblins have won six in a row.

19. Shiloh Christian (6-1) beat Gravette 46-14

Eli Wisdom continued to play like one of the top sophomores in the state Friday night.

20. Arkansas (Texarkana) (5-0) beat Hope 33-13

After leading 10-6 at halftime, the Razorbacks pulled away in the second half.
